Molly Ottersen has been making pizzas at home for 15 years.   She’s traveled extensively in Italy and on each visit, she sampled as many pizzas as she could, looking for ideas and ingredients that would help her perfect her pizzas back home.  Her Mario Batali cast iron pizza pan is one of her most prized possessions.
